Calls for Poems and Art
Send up to three poems on the subject of or at least mentioning the words too and/or hot, totaling up to 150 lines in length, in the body of an email message or attached in a Word file to donkingfishercampbell@gmail.com by 11:59 PM PST on October 24th. No PDF's please. Color artwork is also desired. Please send in JPG form. No late submissions accepted. Submit up to three poems of no more than 150 lines each (including stanza breaks) on the subject of fruit to donkingfishercampbell@gmail.com by 11:59pm PST, November 1st, 2025. JPG photos may also be sent but are not required. Poems chosen will be anthologized in PDF form and distributed for free to those poets by the publication reading on Saturday, November 15th, 3 to 4:30 pm in the meeting room of the Lamanda Park Branch Library on 140 S. Altadena Dr. in Pasadena. Perfect bound printed copies of the book may be ordered for $15 a copy (pick it up at the reading or include $5 if you wish it to be shipped) until November 8th, 2025. Call for Chapbook Manuscripts
Four Feathers Press is continuing its successful book series, 4 in 1, with Book Ten, which will feature, as always, and you guessed it, four chapbooks (each by a different poet) in one volume. Your chapbook manuscript should be titled and contain no more than 15 pages of poetry. Pay is a free PDF and six perfect bound copies of the book to distribute as you please.
